Our Story
A Bombay corner cafe,
tucked into Avondale.
We grew up running into cafes for bun maska between school bells and queuing at street stalls for a paper-wrapped vada pav after the last local train home. Bun & Bombay is our attempt to bottle that — the chipped marble, the chatter, the smell of cardamom hitting hot milk.
The recipes are old-Bombay honest. The masalas are ground in-house, the chutneys are made each morning, and the chai is brewed strong enough to wake the neighborhood.
